Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop at shop.julianeumeister.com.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The product display in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded upon the customer’s order and our confirmation.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed by default in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. If you select a different currency on the website, the price display will automatically adjust. Payment will be processed in the currency and with the taxes shown during checkout. The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the entire range during this period. After the deadline, the right to redemption expires. Any extension is purely at our discretion and does not create a legal claim.

Delivery and Digital Content

Physical products are shipped to the address provided.

Digital products (e.g., videos or PDFs) are automatically available for download after purchase.

All images, photographs, and works on this website are protected by copyright. Use, reproduction, distribution, or publication is prohibited without our express permission. Purchase of a work only entitles private use in its delivered original form.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the EU have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate cancellation policy.

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Origin and Structure

All content was created by Julia Neumeister as part of her independently developed method Enerkinetik® – a coded frequency system for working with subtle structures. The depicted symbols are an integral part of this system. They were consciously interpreted, formulated, and coded. Their effect unfolds exclusively within the closed system of Enerkinetik® by Julia Neumeister, particularly in connection with the Enerkinetik® Origin Key. Any interpretation outside this system remains speculative and does not reflect the intended frequency effect.

Transmission Quality

An Enerkinetik® Key is energetically neutral – personally transmitted yet free from individual influence. It carries the structured resonance of Enerkinetik® and is received, consciously coded, and delivered in clear energetic order. Julia Neumeister provides her full presence for this process – without personal interpretation or psychological influence.
