Right of Withdrawal / Returns

For physical products:

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods.

Conditions for returns:

Returns within Germany are free of charge.

Returns from other EU countries or international destinations are at the customer’s expense. Any customs duties or export fees incurred are also the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

A refund can only be issued if the items are in perfect condition.

Please ensure that the goods are intact, unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Tags must not be removed, cut, or damaged.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal:

– Personalized or made-to-order products (e.g., engraved jewelry, custom energetic creations), unless there is a manufacturing defect.

– Digital content (e.g., videos, PDFs, audio files) not supplied on a physical medium, once you have agreed that we may begin execution before the withdrawal period has expired.

By agreeing to the immediate commencement of the contract, you waive your right of withdrawal for digital products (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
