Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., videos, guides) are available for download or use in your customer account immediately after purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email with the access link.

Physical Products

We currently ship physical products within Germany, the EU, and selected international countries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country, product type, and shipping method.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which must be covered by the recipient.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

Germany: 2–5 business days
Austria & Switzerland: 4–8 business days
EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days
International: approx. 7–21 business days

For personalized products, delivery times may be longer.

Important Note

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.

For undeliverable shipments or returns due to incorrect address details, additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns & Refunds

You can return physical products within 30 days in perfect, unused, and original condition with all tags attached.
Free returns are available only within Germany and the EU. For returns from outside the EU (e.g., USA, Switzerland), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Personalized products, framed products, and digital content are excluded from returns unless a product defect exists.
