How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery time is typically 2–5 business days. Please note: personalized or framed products (WhiteWall®) require approximately 9 business days for production.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout. Information on shipping methods and possible thresholds for free shipping can be found in our shipping terms and conditions .
What payment methods do we offer?
You can pay in the shop with credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sofortüberweisung (Quick transfer).
Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we can easily make changes or cancellations. If your order has already been forwarded to our production partner (e.g., WhiteWall®), we'll be happy to try to stop the process—but we can't guarantee this.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our premises.
How does the return work?
You can generally return products within 30 days of receipt. Important: Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You can find all the details in our Return Policy .
