Booking and payment terms for Enerkinetik® coaching

1. Total price and payments

The total price for your Enerkinetik® coaching package is...

5 sessions €7,735 incl. VAT
3 sessions €4,641 incl. VAT
1 session €1,547 incl. VAT

A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking.

The remaining 50% payment is due no later than 30 days before the first appointment.

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit .

You will receive another invoice for the remaining payment no later than 30 days before the coaching begins .

The final payment will settle all outstanding amounts.

2. Booking & Appointments

Coaching sessions are arranged individually.

Changes or postponements are possible by arrangement.

Please inform us promptly if anything changes.

3. Location & Punctuality

Address: Mommsenstraße 26, 10629 Berlin-Charlottenburg, 5th floor, left.

There is no waiting area. Please arrive on time and call us if you are going to be late.

4. Preparation

Please refrain from cigarettes, coffee, black tea and alcohol on the day of the coaching session.

5. Cancellation policy

Up to 90 days before the appointment: free of charge

89–31 days before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee (deposit will be retained)

From 30 days before the appointment: 100% cancellation fee

In case of illness, appointments can be rescheduled by arrangement.

If the final payment is not made on time and the date is less than 30 days away, we reserve the right to demand the outstanding amount in accordance with the cancellation policy.

6. Important Notes

Coaching is not a medical treatment ; no promises of healing are made.

You are responsible for your physical and mental health .

Julia Neumeister will guide you through the process; the implementation is your responsibility.
